✂️ Cancellation & Reschedule Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that life happens, but in order to respect both your time and mine, the following policy is in place: • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. More than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and will be treated as a late cancellation. This policy allows me to offer openings to other clients on my waitlist and keep things running smoothly. Thank you so much for your understanding and support!
